User Agreement

1.1. Under this User Agreement (the "Agreement"), the Organization undertakes to provide Users with access to the Site https://piplos.media and its features, including the ability to submit enquiries through feedback forms and other built-in communication tools.

1.2. Terms used in the Agreement: — Built-in communication tools — feedback forms, project order forms, and other Site elements for interaction between the User and the Organization; — Organization — Piplos Media, Minsk, Belarus; — User — any person accessing the Site and using its functionality; — Site — the Organization's information resource within the piplos.media domain.

1.3. The right to use the Site is provided to the User free of charge.

1.4. The Agreement does not govern service delivery, pricing, or payment terms. Those are defined in separate agreements between the User and the Organization.

1.5. The Agreement may be amended without additional notice. A new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. The current version is available in the Site's legal section.

1.6. If the User disagrees with changes, they must stop using the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.

2.1. Publication of the Agreement on the Site constitutes a public offer by the Organization.

2.2. Under the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the Agreement is deemed concluded in simple written form from the moment the User performs actions related to using the Site, including interaction through built-in communication tools.

2.3. The Agreement is a public contract. The User accepts its terms in full without reservations or exceptions.

2.4. The place of conclusion is the Organization's location — Minsk, Belarus.

3.1. The User may use the Site and its features, interact with the Organization through built-in communication tools, and exercise other rights provided by the Agreement or law.

3.2. The User must use the Site as provided in the Agreement, comply with the restrictions in Section 5, and provide accurate information when interacting with the Organization.

3.3. The Organization may change the functional and technical characteristics of the Site, suspend operation or restrict access to sections for technical, organizational, or other reasons, and restrict a User's access upon breach of the Agreement.

3.4. The Organization must provide access to the Site when the User complies with the Agreement, review User enquiries, and take measures to ensure confidentiality and protection of data provided when using the Site.

4.1. The Organization processes Users' personal data to provide access to the Site and its features, including submitting enquiries through built-in communication tools.

4.2. The Organization takes measures to ensure that processed data corresponds to processing purposes and to avoid excessive data collection.

4.3. Personal data is stored no longer than required for the relevant processing purposes.

4.4. Other matters of personal data processing are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

4.5. The Organization may use cookie technology and browser local storage. The processing procedure is defined in the Cookie Processing Policy.

5.1. When using the Site, the User must not: — post or distribute information prohibited by law; — infringe the rights of third parties; — interfere with the Site's operation, distribute malware, or intentionally overload server equipment; — access data not intended for that User or mislead others about the properties of objects; — test security vulnerabilities without the Organization's permission; — use automated means to collect information from the Site; — research, copy, or rework the Site without the Organization's permission.

6.1. All objects available on the Site — design elements, texts, graphics, illustrations, software, and other materials — are exclusive rights of the Organization and/or other rights holders.

6.2. The Organization grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Site to view content, use functionality, and submit enquiries through built-in communication tools, and to temporarily load the Site into device memory for these purposes.

6.3. Quoting Site materials is permitted with attribution and a link to https://piplos.media. Text materials must not be reworked in a way that distorts their meaning.

6.4. The Organization does not grant rights to use Site materials to create new intellectual property results unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.5. The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Organization is not responsible for the content or availability of such resources.

7.1. The Site is provided "as is". The Organization does not guarantee that the Site meets the goals and expectations of any particular User.

7.2. The Organization is not liable for failure to perform obligations or for User losses resulting from unlawful actions of third parties, Site malfunctions, software errors, or lack of internet connection.

7.3. Breach of the Site's information security may result in civil, administrative, and/or criminal liability.

7.4. The Organization is not liable for risks related to the User's equipment, software, or communication channels not meeting personal data protection requirements.

8.1. The Agreement is effective from acceptance by the User and remains in force for the period of the license to use the Site.

8.2. Upon termination, the right to use the Site ceases.

8.3. The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved as provided by law.

8.4. Invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

8.5. Failure by the Organization to enforce a breach does not constitute a waiver of rights.

8.6. The Agreement is drafted in Russian. In case of discrepancy with a translation, the Russian version prevails.
