FAQ
Can I order support only, without development?
Yes. We take over products built by other teams: we audit the system, set up monitoring and backups, and agree on a response format. What follows is calm, predictable operations with monthly reporting.
Does a small project need Kubernetes?
Usually not. For many products Docker Compose and one or two servers are enough — cheaper and simpler to operate. Kubernetes pays off with dozens of services and variable load. We recommend exactly as much complexity as the task justifies.
How fast do you respond to incidents?
The format is fixed in the agreement: critical incidents get a response within hours, routine tasks are handled in normal order. Thanks to proactive monitoring, most issues are fixed before users ever notice them.
Can you help us move to the cloud?
Yes: we plan the migration from on-premise servers or another hosting provider to AWS, describe the infrastructure as code with Terraform and switch traffic over with zero downtime.
