About the client
The Project specialises in organising corporate events. The company's key marketing goals include attracting new clients, presenting its services and staying in touch with its audience through the website. The agency focuses on clients from Belarus and the CIS.
Key goal and project highlights
The main task was to create a compact yet stylish corporate website that captures users' attention from the first second with a bright, memorable design. The website needed to:
- Present the company: describe the agency's work and mission.
- Promote services: showcase the portfolio and successful cases — essential for attracting corporate clients.
- Collect enquiries: let visitors leave contact details to access gated materials.
- Manage content: provide a convenient admin panel so the administrator can quickly update the portfolio and the company brief.
Target audience
The target audience is office professionals aged 25 to 50 — mainly HR managers, office managers and marketers working in large companies. Most visitors are expected to be women from Minsk and Belarusian regional centres, where large companies have offices. The Project's clients are successful companies that value a professional approach to event management and prefer to work with an experienced, reliable team.
Key message
The website's tone of voice is friendly and confident, reflecting the agency's reliability and professionalism. Visitors receive an invitation to collaborate, learn about the company's cases and projects, and discover the advantages of working with The Project.
Site structure

Core development requirements
For the website to fully meet the expectations of the agency and its clients, the team needed to:
- Create a unique UI/UX design: attention-grabbing, visually memorable and easy to use.
- Build the layout: with a strong focus on responsiveness for correct rendering on mobile devices.
- Implement the functionality: gated portfolio access and content management for the administrator.
- Deploy and configure SEO: search engine optimisation to increase online visibility.
- Extra features: gated portfolio access, embedded video and automatic brief data processing.
Primary user action
Visitors explore the agency's services, watch the company video and — once interested — fill in the form to access the portfolio. This lets The Project connect with potential clients and share more about collaboration opportunities.
Design process for The Project
The design process started with basic sketches in Figma and went through several key stages, as there was no strict technical specification. This allowed the design to adapt flexibly to the client's needs on the go, providing high creative freedom and room for changes during development.
Main design stages:
Research and ideation
- The project began with an analysis of the target audience, the agency's market and its competitive advantages.
- It was important to convey the agency's spirit through the visual presentation, reflecting its dynamism, professionalism and creativity.
- The focus was on an aesthetic, memorable interface with a wow effect — starting with the hero screen featuring a promo video and animated elements.

Prototypes and sketches in Figma
- At this stage we built the wireframe design and the first concept sketches in Figma, covering the core elements and site structure.
- Figma allowed the team to make refinements in real time and get quick feedback from the client.
- The prototypes included initial animation ideas — the loading logo and smooth transitions between sections — to convey the company's dynamic atmosphere.

Animation development
- A series of animations was created to give the site a distinctive style and add depth to user interactions.
- A key element was the logo loading animation, which added aesthetic value and improved first impressions.
- Section transitions and interactive homepage elements, such as icons and buttons, were also animated to make the experience feel alive.

Responsiveness and usability
- Since the site targets a broad audience, testing responsiveness across devices and resolutions was an important stage.
- Special attention went to a convenient, logical UX: users should easily find information and intuitively understand how to submit the contact form or reach the portfolio.

Approval and final polish
- After the base design was created in Figma, the project was presented to the client for final approval, incorporating all feedback from the review.
- All approved design elements and animations were refined and prepared for markup.

Technology stack for The Project
The following stack was chosen to ensure reliability, flexibility and development speed:
Frontend:
- HTML & CSS: the core structure and styles, giving full control over each page's layout and appearance.
- Bootstrap: a framework for fast responsive layouts. Bootstrap significantly speeds up interface development and ensures cross-browser compatibility, so the site renders well on both desktop and mobile.
- Sass & SCSS: CSS preprocessors for more flexible styling. Sass and SCSS keep the CSS modular and easy to maintain and customise.
- JavaScript (JS): used for interactivity, animations, video and other dynamic elements, improving the user experience.
Backend:
- PHP: the server-side language, handling database access, request processing and page generation.
- Symfony: the PHP framework behind the site structure and server logic. Symfony is a great fit for the admin panel, brief processing and portfolio management, as well as the gated sections and forms.
Data storage and processing:
- The site uses Symfony ORM for database access, simplifying data handling and improving performance.
Deployment and optimisation:
- SEO configuration at the code and site configuration level to improve search engine visibility.
- Asset optimisation: compressed files and caching for faster page loads and better UX.
The result is a unique visual style that not only draws attention but also communicates the event agency's identity. Carefully crafted animations and interaction dynamics make the site memorable for users. The outcome is a fast, modern, reliable website that is easy to maintain and evolve, delivering a positive, memorable experience for The Project's users.
